Accelerated cooldown and reactor hotstripping

This saves a lot of time and therefore a lot of costs. Cryotainer offers an effective method for reactor cooldown, using cold gaseous nitrogen to lower the temperature.

Reactor hot stripping

In addition to accelerated cooldown, we also offer hotstripping of reactors. This process involves injecting hot nitrogen into the reactor to release hydrocarbons from the catalyst. The hydrocarbons are then flared off through the flare. Cryotainer is capable of injecting hot nitrogen up to about 220°C, which ensures thorough and efficient cleaning.
